1 General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 7u711 platform ("Platform", "Website", "we") and its users ("you", "user", "member"). By accessing the website or using any service, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

The following terms used in these Terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — The 7u711 website and all associated services.
• "Account" — A user's registered personal account.
• "Bet" — Participation in any sport, game, or event in exchange for money or credits.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may operate only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and all bonuses and winnings may be cancelled.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account cancellation. 7u711 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

3 Account Management & Security

7u711 will never ask for your password or bank details via email or phone. Treat any such request as fraudulent.

4 Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

Accepted payment methods for deposits at 7u711 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose will result in account closure and the relevant authorities may be notified.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Identity verification may be required to complete a withdrawal request.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended due to technical or security reasons.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x the bonus amount (not the total deposit). Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳15,000 (1,000 × 15) in bets must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Terms of Use

• Each promotion may have its own specific conditions, which will be published alongside that offer.
• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly; they can only be used for betting.
• Bonuses used for fraudulent purposes will be cancelled.
• 7u711 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• A user is eligible for any one welcome bonus offer only once.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on 7u711 is conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The outcome of every game is determined impartially, and no user or third party may predetermine these results.

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, unless it is proven that the outcome was affected by a technical error on the platform.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, event outcomes are determined in accordance with the decisions of the relevant authority (sports governing body, broadcasting organisation). If an event is cancelled or postponed, funds may be refunded in accordance with 7u711's established policy.

6.3 Game System Errors

Any winnings gained as a result of a technical malfunction or game system error may be considered void. 7u711 reserves the right to correct account balances in such situations.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7u711 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Misuse of promotional benefits (bonus abuse).
• Systematically attempting to withdraw bonuses through bet-hedging or arbitrage methods.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Betting on behalf of a minor.
• Fraudulent conduct towards other users of the platform.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by 7u711

7u711 may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Filing a chargeback or bank dispute.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by sending a request to [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before the account is closed; however, any bonus funds with incomplete wagering will be cancelled.

8.3 Self-Exclusion
